- We are general contractors
working from the Columbia area and doing business in South
Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee.
- We do an annual volume in
excess of $11,000,000. Our volume is heavy in turnkey concrete
construction, although we are also general contractors.
- We have approximately seventy
full time employees and can do masonry, millwork, drywall and
finishes with our forces. We are the Butler Builder for the
Midlands area.
- We have been bonded by St.
Paul/ U.S.F.& G. since opening the doors in 1986.
- We are capitalized to a present
bonding package of $8 million on single jobs and
approximately $30 million aggregate.
- We are Dun & Bradstreet 3A1
rated, the highest for a business our size. Our worker's
compensation modifier is 0.71.
- We won the safety award for the
South Carolina Occupational Safety Council for 1997 and 1999
for a business in our category.
- We are the only contractor in
South Carolina with the Somero Laserscreed, Somero material
spreader, laser guided motor grader, duel ride on trowelling
machines, Soff Cut saws, an experienced finishing crew and
qualified forming and rodbusting crews.
- We have done seventy-five plus
repeat projects for Michelin Tire, to name just one industrial
client.
- We are well versified in
industrial floor construction and have ample tiltwall
experience.
- We have completed projects as
large as 1,000,000 SF for Michelin in Laurens, S.C. and
688,000 SF for Piggly Wiggly in Jedburg, S.C.
